A passive house equipped with diverse technologies, including automated windows for passive cooling, geothermal, and solar energy systems, is designed to function autonomously without relying on the main power supply for more than two weeks. The utilization of local materials, such as gabion walls filled with locally sourced limestone and wood, not only helps in maintaining a low temperature within the interiors but also serves to minimize the carbon footprint. Adding to the allure, the house is elegantly elevated above a serene pond, providing a unique perspective through the glass floor. 

Pickets Street

A new build terraced house, showcasing refurbishment to its front facade, a mansard roof extension, and an extension at the rear. The overarching focus of this project was to ensure cost-effectiveness in construction while maximizing the total floor area, perfectly aligning with the client's vision to lease out the property. Our meticulous approach allowed us to minimize expenses while elevating both the space and intrinsic value of the property. 

 

Garden House 

4 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Garage - 300 m²

Location: Berkshire, Cookham

A new build detached house located in scenic site located in historic Thames-side village on the north-eastern edge of Berkshire.  In contrast to the modern design of the house, the chosen materials are neutral and seamlessly integrate with the surrounding buildings. The interior predominantly features wood, stone, and neutral finishes. The south-facing large openings not only frame picturesque landscapes but also facilitate ample sunlight capture throughout the day.

 

 

Newton Road

Limassol Marina

Elevating the functionality of the flat in Limassol Marina involved reconfiguring the space with luxurious finishes and a high-end interior fit-out. The primary objective was to meticulously design every aspect of these lavish interiors, emphasizing customization to mirror the owner's personality and preferences. The exclusivity of the space is enhanced through bespoke furniture, custom millwork, and unique design elements. Thoughtfully chosen chandeliers and ornate light fixtures contribute to creating a distinct ambiance, accentuating the key features of the space.

 

Kensington Penthouse

The renovation centered on refining the interiors of a newly built penthouse apartment in High Street Kensington. Our primary aim was to enhance storage capabilities and infuse a heightened sense of luxury into the already stunning living spaces. By incorporating natural materials such as oak in joinery, coupled with the use of liquid metal elements, we achieved extraordinary effects that contribute to the overall sophistication of the design.

Fountain House 

2 Beds, 2 Baths, 145m²

Location: London, Lancaster Terrace

The renovation and interior layout improvement project focused on a flat situated within a Grade II listed mansion block, directly opposite Hyde Park. Our goal was to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the space. A key aspect of this transformation involved the thoughtful design of the kitchen and living room joinery. We opted for high gloss dark grey Oak, creating a striking visual contrast against the backdrop of light oak flooring. This juxtaposition not only adds a touch of sophistication but also contributes to a visually appealing and well-coordinated interior scheme.

 

Ealing House

The project involved enhancing the interiors and improving the layout, which included a rear extension for the semi-detached house. The client's preference was to maintain a monochromatic color palette throughout all interiors, complemented by oak timber flooring and grey tiles resembling concrete. The introduction of the warm tones from the timber flooring added delightful accents to the apartment, creating a harmonious and well-coordinated aesthetic.

 

 

Kensington Court Penthouse
